This is a full size reproduction of p. 6 of the June 2, 1939 Winchester Star. It is the proposed plan of Ginn Field with the 1895 report submitted by the Winchester Park Commissioners - Forrest C. Manchester, David N. Skillings and Louis Goddu. Lewis Parkhurst adds commentary on the report and why the field should be named for Mr. Ginn.
The plan was drawn by Parker Holbrook, town engineer, May 5, 1938.
