Plan of Hillcrest which was never developed. It was advertised as "A pretty property amid pines and oaks, beeches and birches, cedars and hemlocks. In the most healthful town in New England. Magnificent Scenery." It borders Highland Avenue. The developer was Arthur L. Wyman whose office was on State Street, Boston. The engineer was Charles D. Elliot. There are two copies of this map. Copy 1 is a reprint encapsulated in polyester and measures 26" x 32". It is in excellent condition. Copy 2 is a reprint that measures 17" x 22" and is in good condition.
