The developer was Arthur L. Wyman whose office was on State Street, Boston. The engineer was Charles D. Elliot.
There are two copies of this map. Copy 1 is a reprint encapsulated in polyester and measures 26" x 32". It is in excellent condition. Copy 2 is a reprint that measures 17" x 22" and is in good condition.
