Admin/Biographical History |
Lesley Wilcox Anderson is the daughter of Lesley Brown Wilcox (1900-2002). Her maternal grandmother was Lesley Dillingham Bangs (1873-1919), the only child of Elisha Dillingham Bangs (1844-1900), a banker, and Georgiana Skillings (1845-1926) of the prominent Skillings family of Portland, Maine. Both the Skilling and Bangs family owned large properties in Winchester, especially the Skillings, whose collaboration with George Dutton Rand (1833-1910) resulted in the much publicized Rangeley Place, a residential development. |
